Could I use your all-butter pie crust instead of the cookie crumb crust?

Not my recipe, but no reason you can't use whatever crust you want, it's baked separately anyhow. In my humble opinion, it would be better your way, but the author does warn that the crust will become soggy if not eaten fairly soon.
