Peach Balsamic is not listed in ingredients - how much is called for

Not sure.
You could always make it up...puree a peach with some balsamic (added by the tablespoon) until it reaches a consistency you like. Then mix into the soup.
But/and the recipe has another problem...step one tells you to boil water, but forgets to tell you what for. Logically, it's to blanch the tomatoes and peaches.
So, with doubts about the recipe, I would compare to one or more others before I proceed.
A search brought up many, including tested and highly starred ones by Ricardo (Canadian chef and author), Taste of Home, Epicurious, Washington Post.
