Measurements not labeled correctly?
This recipe calls for 4 tablespoons OR 4 ounces of butter, however 4 oz is actually about 8 tablespoons. I ended up using 4 tablespoons and the recipe turned out fine, but I’m still not sure what is correct.

Meanwhile, here's a 10-year old cruller recipe from the Food Network that's been road tested and found good by many bakers.
It uses 8 tbsp butter to 1 cup flour.
