Chinese Python Beans Cooking & Freezing

We are growing these beans this year. Can they be cut up and frozen?? What’s different ways of cooking them??

Sorry, I've never grown or cooked them myself. However, I have eaten them in a curry. It tasted rather bland, to be honest- kind of like a cucumber. I think you might have luck searching through sites focused on Indian recipes. As far as preserving them, I would assume they would be handled similar to the way you normally would other summer squashes, since they are of that same family. If you were near an Indian food store, perhaps one of them could give you better answers as well.
