How long do these stay in the broiler, and on high or low? Could I make these into meatballs, and if so how would I adjust the cooking time/temp?

I think you can do these in any size you want. In fact we are doing lamp patties right now that are supposed to be done differntentlythan we are doing them now. You can even do them on your stove top if you are more comfortable with that. If you are going to do them under the broiler I would do them on low just so you can finish then at the temp you would like. Maybe use a meat thermometer
