I have a question about the recipe "Tangerine and Almond Shortbread Tart" from lorigoldsby.
Do you think I could substitute oranges in place of tangerines? Our tangerines look horrible....especially the skins ....I would be afraid to use the zest.

definitely...I just think tangerines are more intense, but any orange or tangelo would work in place of the tangerine...just look for a bright and fragrant skin to zest.-LoriGoldsby
