Can I make the dough the day before?

I'm making this for a lunch I'm having at home and want to do as much as possible in advance. Can I make the dough the day before and keep it in the fridge? Cant wait to make this!

Yes, I'd recommend pressing it into the tart pan, then cover it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge. Hope your lunch goes well!
