My Pyrex bowls are only oven safe to 400 degrees. What temperature would I use?

If your Pyrex bowls are only safe to 400F, then don't use them for this recipe. You will need to bake at 425F initially and that can be a safety issue. It can shatter. Most glass bakeware can shatter at 375F. Please use something that is designed for high heat.
