Can these be made ahead and frozen?

Emma, I have an uncooked peanut butter pie recipe that features a similar Oreo crust and a peanut butter filling also made with cream cheese. It does have a dark chocolate ganache on top instead of the broken Oreos. I make the recipe and divide into small tart pans, it freezes very nicely. I would hold off on adding the broken Oreos before freezing and add them prior to serving. I would experiment and freeze a couple of the bars and see.

Hi! You could definitely keep the bars in the fridge for a few days (wrapped well or in an airtight container—hold off on cutting until right before serving), but I wouldn't recommend freezing them.
