I am replacing my horrible Dacor double oven and am trying to decide between Wolf and BlueStar - does anyone have any experience with either?

I'm a bread baker so I run the oven at high temps often. 19 years of bad ovens, I need to make a good choice!

Go for Wolf. Never heard of the Blue Star brand.
