Could you please indicate the amount of butter in grams as well as tablespoons.

Our butter comes in 1 lb bricks instead of sticks so it's harder to cut and measure cold butter.  Thanks

I feel your pain. Tablespoons and sticks are almost useless measurements for butter. I use ounces. Here, 12 tablespoons are equal to 6 ounces. 6 ounces are equal to 170 grams.

Could you please indicate the amount of butter in grams as well as tablespoons.
