Can I use European unsalted butter for this recipe?

If so do you know how much I’d need?

Hi Lauren! I used American-style butter to develop this recipe, so while a higher fat European-style might work, I can't say for sure how it will turn out. (With a recipe that's so simple—and includes so much butter!—a small adjustment can make a noticeable difference.) If you give it a go, please let me know what you think.
