Can the basil oil be frozen? I need to save if for a while.

I would like to make infused oil as Christmas gifts so I need to be able to save it longer than 2weeks.

Refrigeration should be adequate to keep it for a while. What a lovely gift.

Boulangere - I've had botulism scares with garlic and basil oil made at home.
