What about the butter? Do we need it?
So is there actually no butter in the buffalo? The blurb at the top mentions adding the garlic to traditional buffalo sauce, which they say is butter and buffalo sauce. Just wondering

However, when you have finished the recipe, you may like to add a slick of butter (just don't add to much...so you get oil instead of sauce).
