Good enough at room temperature?
I am trying this for the first time tomorrow for a potluck dinner. It may be too busy in the hosts tiny kitchen for me to cook and serve immediately, as directed. Do you think serving it at room temperature will be okay? I can do the dressing up at the last minute for the sake of freshness. Thanks for your help.
