Is this something I can Prep Ahead?

Are there any steps I can do the night before? Time is tight for the day I need the recipe. Thanks!

Hi Devan. You can do almost everything well in advance and just assemble it when you’re ready to serve. When I give large Peruvian parties, this is usually one of the first things I start preparing. I usually make the syrup, toast the bread, and soak the raisins a week in advance. The day of the event, I toss everything together
