Store time in fridge for salads
I prepare many chopped up small vegs to add to my salads. Onions peppers olives nuts pickles bokchoi etc. I then soak them in italian dressing a nd add the to lettuce etc over a period of days until used up. I noticed i have had a covered batch in the fridge for a week or more. Yet the still taste nice and crisp. How long might they last? thanks jim

Beyond that, I would go by smell and visual checks. Some probably are ok for a week to 10 days.
