I’m baking Right now but.... Make Ahead Dessert?

Can this torte be made the night before serving? I wondered about assembling it and keeping in the refrigerator overnight and then baking in the AM. I’m taking this as a Presidents White House dessert to my garden club. Our topic is White House Christmas traditions.

Because this contains eggs I would not recommend keeping the batter overnight before cooking, even in the refrigerator. Once you crack the eggs, there is a risk of salmonella contamination. That's why we are warned not to eat raw dough and batter that contains eggs.
