I misread dry brine turkey recipe and used about 6 T of brown sugar instead of 1 T brown sugar
Should I rinse the turkey and start over.

I’m not sure how long you plan to brine it but you should be fine. When you roast it, you may want to watch carefully because the sugar may cause it to brown more quickly so have some foil on hand to cover the breast near the end.
