Hello. What’s a traditional Thanksgiving drink? Cranberry punch? Thank you.

I like to make a mix of vodka, apple cider, spiced blood orange soda ( whole foods) and an orange slice and sage

Irina -
Not a lot of tradition on Thanksgiving drinks, but no, not cranberry juice (though that's an option).
Most people usually serve wine with the dinner, with about 20% drinking beer, and smaller percentages drinking spirits or soft drinks.
If you want tradition, the answer is cider made from apples - and you could serve one or both fermented and not.

Nor is cranberry punch traditional, but - again - definitely usable.
