Hi Connie,

Check out this great article from Kristen Miglore, the Creative Director of Food52's 'Genius'.

According to Kristen's recipe, you would add 3 and 3/4 sticks of butter and 3 and 3/4 cups milk to your mash. I'd definitely recommend checking out the article though, as it is full of tips on how to make your potatoes as buttery-tasting as can be!
