roasting boneless turkey breast

We are serving a boneless 4 pound turkey breast for Thanksgiving this year. it’s just me and my husband- keeping things simple:). How long should I roast and what temperature? Thank you!

Heat your oven to 350 F and bring the turkey breast to room temperature. At 350 F, I would roast it for 15 minutes/pound and then check the internal temperature. You'll likely need a few more minutes, but with turkey breast, you want to be sure you don't overcook it and some ovens run hot. For internal temperature, Eric Kim, our Senior Editor, notes, "The golden rule is 165°F in the innermost part of the thigh and the thickest part of the breast. I like to pull my bird at 160°F because it will continue to cook as it rests, which you should absolutely let it do."
