Accidently bought a Cajun frying turkey

I accidentally bought a Cajun frying turkey it is not a pre cooked turkey. Can I cook it in a roasting bag in a pan in an oven?

Probably ok to roast.
Cajun in label may refer to cut or spicing or both.
Check label or brand's website for ingredients or cooking directions.
If no help there, don't add seasoning but yes roast normally until interior temperature reads 165F.
Why don't add seasoning? Because the bird has probably had some injection of spices and salt.
Taste a bit when you carve and, if needed, provide highly seasoned gravy to complete the dish.
