Question on the amount of puff pastry called for

Do you repeat this twice since the recipe calls for two sheets of puff pastry?  Or are you rolling the two sheets on top of each other?

The recipe yield seems to suggest that you will use them separately, but that you won't need all of the second sheet. Hope that helps!
