Where can I find the metal pans used in the video? They appear to be deep dish and I have wanted two of these for pies and now this bread. Thanks!

Have a look at Wilton or Paderno...they have metal pie plates with fluted edges, which the Nordic Ware seem to be missing.

You can also use a conventional 9" or 10" cake pan, as I often do.
