Seeking meat pelmeni recipe

This recipe is near the top of my list of things to do when I've got nothing to do. A neighbor and her 9-year-old daughter made it because they'd never had Russian food; they found this one and loved it. They served it with sauteed cabbage. It's about the most charming recipe I've ever read, like having your cousin from the Old Country sitting at the kitchen table next to you.
