Baking Banana Nut Bread in Souffle Dish

I don't have a loaf pan, can I bake banana nut bread in a souffle dish? What will be the difference with texture or cooktime, if any?

Sure you can. I suspect the cook time will be less because the mixture will be spread over a larger, less dense surface. Start with 30 minutes, test it with a toothpick, and add time in probably 7 minute increments as needed.
