Cooking a turkey crown. Can I reheat it after its cooled for 3 hours

I have cooked a turkey crown today. I took it out of the oven 3 hours ago. I have started to carve it and it isn't fully cooked. There are small areas of pink.

Can I put this back in the oven? The crown has been cooling at room temperature.
