Passover Cake Meal vs. All purpose flour

I love Esmae's Orange & Almond Cake. I've made it twice to great accolades. I'd like to make it again but with regular flour - since I can't find Cake Meal at this time of year. How do I convert this ingredient?

According to my Food Substitutions Bible, 1c regular flour can be replaced with 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs for baking. As the crumbs have similar texture to cake meal, I'd reverse engineer that and use 2/3 cup AP flour for every 1c cake meal in recipe.
Other options -
Buy matzo (often available year round) and crush them finely (blender, processor rolling pin method) to make matzo cake meal.
Experiment with same volume of similar texture item, crushed (crackers, pretzels, dried bread crumbs).
