Which pan size for this recipe?

The top of this recipe states that it makes one 6 1/2 x 9 inch sheet, however the instructions say 13x18 half sheet pan. Which is correct?

A 13" by 18" pan.  The cake gets cut in half, so you end up with a 2-layer 9" by 13" cake.
