In the description of the recipe, it says "Cumin" but the actual recipe lists Coriander? My gut feeling tells me Cumin. Which is correct?

But, yes, both cumin and coriander seeds appear widely in Mexican and Tex-Mex foods, so you could use either or both, depending on your taste preferences or what you have on hand.
Whichever you decide, keep the dried spice measure to 1 tsp as written, either one spice or divided in two. Cook, taste.
If needed, adjust the next time you cook this dish.
