Instructions say to add sucanet but there's nothing in the ingredients

I would add no more than a tablespoon of sucanat to the dough for this homemade rye bread. You are adding molasses, which will add sweetness. Any more sucanat than that could make the bread too sweet. Of course, if you like a sweet rye bread, you could add 2 -3 tablespoons of sucanat. ;o)
