Could I make this with legs or thighs?

How would I adapt this for legs or thighs instead of a whole chicken?

Go for it! Recipe calls for a 3-1/2 pounds whole chicken... use approx. same amount of thighs and drums and follow recipe. Just make sure the meat temps to 170 degrees before you remove from broth. Looks like real comfort food, enjoy!
