I’m confused about the sausage and the spareribs. After browning, do you take the meat

Off the bone and take off the casings or do you add the sausage and the spareribs to the sauce whole.

The amount of meat in the sauce seems pretty stingy to me. I imagine you could increase?

I believe you would add them whole. Recipe does not instruct to take the meat off the bone or out of the casing. After simmering, I think you can take the meat off the bone. I would not bother removing the sausage casing.
