Any tips for making ahead and freezing?
I’d love to make this ahead and have in the freezer to pull out. Have you tried this? Could the assembled bread be frozen before baking? I’d appreciate any tips.

Because this one is sticky, I might freeze this portions smaller than a whole loaf, so you can defrost enough for one meal.
A similar recipe from another site says yes, freezes up to 3 months.
