Are the nuts raw or roasted? Salted or unsalted?

Hi Graciela! Yum, these look so good. Can't speak for Gena, but I'm assuming that either raw or roasted would work here. Unsalted would be preferable, so you can control the salt to taste. But! If you only have salted, just don't add additional salt until after you taste the mixture.
