Can you store these in the fridge/freezer, and for how long?

Hi Liz! I haven't tried this recipe before, but based on what I've read online it seems like you can freeze them. Someone recommended that you lay them out flat on a tray or sheet pan and freeze them, and once they're frozen you can stack them and store them in an airtight container in the freezer (that way they don't stick together).
