Sorry, my title came up as my question. I assume that "drought" in the recipe instructions was meant to be "dough"?

Hi Maureen, I think that is a safe assumption! (Although, indirectly I guess “drought” could work—you want all the liquid to absorb into the flour before turning out onto a surface and kneading.) Hope this helps!
