Substitution for psyllium seed husk

Making the Genius recipe, “My New Roots’ Life Changing Loaf of Bread”. Have all ingredients except psyllium seed husk. What can I use as a substitute (to bind the seeds and nuts together)?

Hi there! I haven’t done this before, but I believe ground chia seeds or flax meal should best work as a 1:1 substitute. Xanthan gum, cornstarch, arrowroot powder, or tapioca starch in the same proportions could also work.

Hope this helps!
