questions: dry or fresh shiitake, do we put seaweed water in as well?

Hi! I used fresh shiitake. You could soak and add mushroom broth from dried shiitake but it's not needed. As for seaweed, I drained the water but technically you could use that as well! Thank you for your questions :)
