My heavy whipping cream tastes a little sour, but smells very fresh. is it bad?

I use it in my coffee. I bought a new brand of cold brew coffee, so it could be that. but the hwc sort of curdled when I poured it into my coffee. when I mixed it, it seemed to dissolve.

Hey Rithy! Coffee is actually inherently acidic and will curdle cream. If the cream smells fresh/sweet, I think you're good!
