Why does the second rise always fail?
This is my 4th try. The initial rise is great, but I NEVER get a good second rise. I keep the bowl in a warm place, covered, for 15-20 minutes, then into the oven. The recipe says “15-20 minutes until the dough just tops the rim of the bowl “. No way-I never get anywhere near that. Why??????
