What if I don't have an electric mixer? I have a hand wire mixer? Also, I don't use plastic, so no plastic wrap. Suggestions?

Hi Angie! A hand mixer might work, but I've never tried that with pie dough before. You could also try a pastry cutter, fork, or even a food processor. Instead of plastic wrap, you could pack the dough into a pint container, smush it down to form a disc, then close up.
