Hi there! What kind of filling is it? To re-thicken, you may have to repeat the thickening step in the recipe (i.e. if it's a fruit filling, you may have to reactivate/add extra pectin or cornstarch; if it's a meat/cream sauce filling, you may have to create a new roux, etc.).
