How does this recipe net four servings?

How do all of the ingredient amounts result in four servings? I'm also confused by the instruction to bake it for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet. Do you mean to let it cool?

Agree with Nancy, looks like a single serving (I use 1/2 an avocado for a single serving). As for the 20 minutes on a cookie sheet, it appears you first bake in the loaf pan for 20 minutes, turn out onto a cookie rack, then bake for another 20-30 minutes, maybe to "dry out" the mixture more. Then it should cool before slicing.
