A question about a recipe: Spiced Parsnip Cake

I was wondering the same thing! It sounds really fantastic - will look for it next time I'm at Penzey's.

Its a spice blend that combines either white or black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. I got mine from Penzeys, and it uses white pepper.
