How to dry pasta in a nest without it sticking together? It will be shipped from Maine to Miami.
I am planning on shipping my sister fresh pasta, I want to wrap it like a nest but how can I dry it in that shape without the pasta becoming too sticky and gloopy? I also want to package it in a sturdy brown paper bag with a plastic window so it can look store bought!

Sounds like you want the pasta to hang to dry until the surface moisture is gone, dust with more flour or semolina, fluff the pasta strands, and then make the nests.
