Asian style drumsticks. How do I do it :/
I wanted to make sweet savoury sticky drumsticks but didn’t want to deep fry. Anyone have a recipe? I can use my cast iron to sear and then bake if necessary. Also I’ve seen recipes telling me to remove the skin. It’s that the usual way it’s done? Also I don’t have brown sugar but I do have honey. I have hoisin soy ginger garlic cilantro lime sesame oil sesame seeds sriracha sambel fish sauce... etc ... I’m just at a loss because there are so many recipes. Thanks for any help!
