I have not, but I would not hesitate to use King Arthur Baking's "Measure for Measure" gluten free flour blend in these muffins. I find that substituting it in recipes for any kind of muffin or similar baked goods always works flawlessly. ;o)
P.S. Those muffins sound fantastic! I'm going to try that recipe when I have company next month.
