Psyllium husk never solidifies.

After adding the psyllium and allowing to sit 5-10mins the husk never solidifies the full depth of the yeast and yet the video shows it clearly thickens the entire yeast bowl. Any suggestions? That said, the bread always turns out beautifully. Any input appreciated.

Hi, make sure you are using psyllium husk powder. Not just flakes. You can pulverize the flakes in clean coffee grinder or vitamix.
